IMPERIAL FRIEND Backhand

NEW MUSIC coming soon!

You can hear additional music on their Instagram page.

IMPERIAL FRIEND emerged after bassist/vocalist Sherri Brady Carter and drummer/vocalist Heather Jones Lotti dissolved UDDER, the band they founded in Athens, Georgia, in the early 90s and briefly reunited with in 2025.

During their reunion, they released an EP of three songs, with much acclaim from VICE magazine, and Maximum Rock n Roll among others.

Sherri and Heather have amassed an album's worth of soon-to-be-recorded hits with plans to release their debut album early in 2027.

UDDER Or I'll Kill You EP

Heather and Sherri originally formed UDDER in early ’90s Athens, Georgia. The band reunited in 2025 to finally release their long‑shelved 1991 recording session with David Barbe (Mercyland, Sugar)—a three‑song EP—before closing the chapter on the band in 2026.
